What a great experience with Austin and his company. I started searching around Google for poison Ivy specialist and after a few phone calls, all of which I didn't leave a voicemail, however within 30 min Austin called me back and we started talking about my situation and what I'd like inspected. I was able to make an appointment within two days. The inspection went great and he even spent the time not only with my original concern but also educating me on the type of trees and plants on my property and which ones should be treated due to diseases. Austin was also in no rush and spent well over an HR onsite answering any questions I had. I will definitely be using his services In the summer.

They came out to removed Poison Ivy around our school's fence line and trail. Austin came out, took the time to walk the trail with me. Found all spots that were a concern, came out treated the area. Kept me in contact the entire time. We will be using him again if any other concerns come up! All 500+ Students and Faculty thank and recommend them!

Austin and his crew have done an amazing job with ridding the poison ivy from my house and property. He has been so professional and takes the time to educate me on poison ivy- what it looks like, why it's growing where it's growing, etc. Highly recommend!

We have been using Ditch the Itch for the last two seasons for mosquito control and we couldn’t be happier! We were getting swarmed by the mosquitoes as soon as we stepped outside last summer before we started services. We have been able to enjoy the summer nights outside and on the front porch without getting bit up! Austin and Joey are both so knowledgeable and helpful.

Austin was very knowledgeable and thorough. He made suggestions on poison ivy treatment that was very practical; not just trying to sell more services that weren't needed. And he was very timely (was able to work me in the same day I called).
